openbullet blocks my connection I must do what to solve this problem

This definitely not OB causing issue unless u using some MOD version.

when i launch openbullet i no longer have internet access and when i stop my connection come back mem jai essyer gives other pc

Check host file & see if there is anything blocking connection.
c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
