Selenium Working

hi
some times when some sites have some issue like akamai,i will try to make config as selenium
but there is a problem in that
the selenium config when make a login,it wont happen anything or sometimes it will make a login but knows even a valid account as a fail or bad (at all it wont login,sometimes show "unknown error")
so i want to know how i can fix it?is there anyway or what is the problem come from??
