[Plugin] HCaptcha Solver for OpenBullet.

Follow the instruction on the github to get it running!
It uses Yolov3 image detection in order to solve the captcha.
Running on high threads significantly increases global solve time. Recommended to keep bot count low.

I could not get it to work but i got it to read the exe just not put any out put

oh i had a idea for this same thing not for hcaptcha i was going to use on recaptcha but was a pain to get working

@Polis I won't be making any separate programs like I did with stand alone Anomaly. I may rework / make some plugins for it. It all depends on what it has at it's disposal. I have no idea what OB2 includes. If I need something that isn't included I'll most likely make a plugin for it.
