proxyless results in a hit, proxies result in fail

hey guys, ive been doing configs for a while now but this is the second time ive had this issue.

config works fine on proxyless keycheck works a-ok, proxies turn on, (ive tried paid and free) and it turns into a fail. does anyone know how to fix this? any help will be appreciated
