Where to get Elite proxies in 2020?

This problem has been plaguing me for about a year now. In 2017, it was wayy easier to get proxies and to do anything but now its a nightmare. Everyone recommends proxyscrape, but its TERRIBLE. Its also the only place i know where to get free proxies. I know its kinda random, but does any one have any places to go to?
